Refund policy

Faulty or Damaged Returns for physical products
Moraculart will only offer a refund or exchange where the item ordered arrives faulty or damaged.
To ensure we are able to assist you the best and fastest way possible, please email your issue, order number, images of the fault and a short description to moraculart@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Any faulty or damaged returns must be finalised and posted back to us within 5 working days.

Faulty or Damaged Returns for printable or online products/service
Moraculart will not refund or exchange any printable/online/downloadable product.
However, as we want you to be satisfied, if you have any issue with the product you purchased, please email your issue with your order number to moraculart@gmail.com within 48 hours following reception of the product.
