One cauldron recipe 01 - Chocolate cake

This is our first one cauldron recipe so I'll explain the blurb:

I've been told I had to give something for free to get people to come over so might as well give you something yummy too !

I'm a mum of 2, pregnant with number 3, with a partner and this little business, I'm always running behind and also I'm by nature lazy so I usually have no time for complicated recipes calling for multiple bowls and utensils that you end up having to clean. and so here we are, one busy mummy kitchen witch one cauldron's recipes.

And could there be a better start than chocolate cake ? Me thinks not, so go make some kitchen magic !

Chocolate cake

Ingredients :

3 cups plain flour

1 and 1/2 cups raw sugar

1/2 cup organic dark cocoa powder

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons vanilla

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

3/4 cup oil (melted coconut oil and olive oil both work, whatever is cheaper and not toxic, a kitchen witch has to be careful)

2 cups water

extras to taste, my family loves chocolate and frozen blueberries, nuts also turn out pretty good.

Recipe :

Get a mixing bowl/cauldron, put all the ingredients in said receptacle, in order, mix once you've got all the dry ingredients in, then make a hole in the middle and pour in the liquids and mix again. with whatever utensil you like, I've done it with a fork, a spatula, a magic wand (be warned this will probably have side effects)... then transfer to an oven safe receptacle, and cook it around half an hour or til it stops wobbling in oven, at 200 C.

FYI: Everything I cook in oven, I put at the same temperature cause I'm happier if the thing is in the middle than if I keep on having to look at the numbers / different recipes. Did I mention I'm lazy and have no time to waste?

Now stick around the site and feel free buy some non AI art to keep impressing your coven !
